iGuide is proud to host the online Barbie Doll Price Guide. The price guide is maintained by Jon R. Warren,
whose price guide books have been the authority on collectibles values since 1985. The searchable database consists of detailed reports on a ever-growing list of Barbie Dolls. Each Price Guide Details Page
includes current market values in ten different grades. The database is updated constantly.
How To Search the Database
Enter keywords (example: BARBIE MATTEL) into the searchbox at the top of this page, then click the WHAT'S IT WORTH button. Our search engine will find matching pages based on keywords you type into the Search Box. Too many results? Be more specific. Not enough results? Be less specific.
Prices vary widely. We strive to reflect actual selling prices rather than Internet "asking" prices, which are often inflated.
The Prices shown on our Price Guide Detail Pages are reviewed and updated by our Board of Advisors. They are as up-to-date
as possible. Want to suggest a Price Update? Help us keep up-to-date, click the FEEDBACK button at the very top center of each page.
The market for pre-1980 Barbie Dolls continues to be strong. The rare 1950s and 1960s Barbies in original boxes are very much sought after and sell quickly at high prices. Beginning in the late 1980s, Barbies were mass-produced, thus making them quite common. Barbies from about 1985 onward are common in most cases. Still, many command good prices on eBay and other sites, while others fail to sell or sell at far below original retail.
Where to Sell Barbie Dolls?
We recommend eBay.com for selling your Barbie Dolls. It's a lot of work, but this is the way to realize the most for your collection.
iGuide was founded in January, 1999 to answer the question, "What's it worth?".
