(Alien, Kenner)

The figure stands about 18 inches tall. Price shown is for MIB (mint in box). Loose figures are worth much less.

Alien, the first movie in the series featuring the visual concepts of H. R. Giger, was directed by Ridley Scott. It is considered one of the best (and scariest) science fiction movies of all time. The movie started Tom Skerritt as the captain. The movie made actress Sigourney Weaver, the only survivor, into a Hollkywood star.

Kenner made only one figure based on the movie and it is not truly an action figure. It is poseable, but has only a few points of articulation. The clear plastic brain case, which covers the alien's head, is often missing from loose figures.
