How do I create a free iGuide account?
It's not necessary to create an account in order to request an appraisal. However, having an account gives you a place to store and retrieve your appraisals, maintain an inventory list, and more. To create your free account, simply click the SIGN UP button at the top right corner of the page or, on your mobile device, tap the SIGN UP link under the main menu (three horizontal bars at top left)
Are appraisals free?
In most cases, appraisals incur a small marginal cost. Nothing worthwhile is free. In a growing number of categories, our partnerships with approved dealers gives you free appraisals. That's because the dealer underwrites the appraisal cost in hopes that, should you decide to sell, you will give them an opportunity to make an offer.
