The front panel displays a photographic portrait of Joliat in his Canadiens uniform, framed within the standard Diamond hockey layout with illustrated hockey equipment motifs. The player name “Aurel Joliat” and team designation “Canadiens” appear beneath the image, with the familiar “Close Cover Before Striking Match” instruction printed along the lower edge.

The interior panel contains the Diamond Match Co. biographical text block, outlining Joliat’s career highlights and achievements, presented in the standard Diamond format used across this hockey series. The reverse panel is blank as issued, with the striker positioned along the top edge.
