Stand information: 4-1/2 x 3-1/2" face with fold out prop-up that is missing one pin-clip. Engraved EMS on the front with a floral motif. Shows age related patina. It has not been polished or cleaned. Top back reads, "W.W. WATTLES & SONS / PITTSBURG". And the bottom of the stand reads, "STERLING with the Herbst & Wassell hallmark and number 1272.
Watch information: All parts appear to be moving freely, however when the watch is wound, it doesn't tick. The case is 2 1/2” in diameter. Inside on center is clearly written " Brevet 33236" & in tiny lettering near the edge you can read "Swiss Made" In the upper right is stated "Doxa My Switzerland, 15 jewels 5 Adjustments". Near the time mechanism / gear you will find a little gauge / graph that has a little needle like hand with the letters N & V & just below is S & F. In the inside back of the watch is marked as well & is clearly stamped "DOXA MY SWITZERLAND 15 JEWELS 5 ADJUSTMENTS" with the numbers 25 just to the left, 53 right above & one side near the edge it is engraved with the following "3719" & near the bottom is also clearly marked the following numbers "698449".
