I WONDER WHAT MY FORTUNE SAYS Limited Edition Signed Framed Serigraph (Carl Barks Studio, Disney, 1997)

This is the second in a series of limited edition Carl Barks serigraphs issued by Carl Barks Studio beginning in 1996. It was released and sold at the 1997 Disneyana Convention at Walt Disney World only.

It was produced from the original oil painting which Carl Barks completed in January, 1996. It was made in one edition of 295 copies + 15 Artist Proofs. Original issue price was $295.

This is the only painting featuring Magica DeSpell which were produced as a serigrpah. It's also the ONLY painting released as a lithograph or serigraph where Magica DeSpell is having a "lead-role".

This 15-1/2 x 20 inch photomechanical serigraph reproduction was printed on acid-free, archival quality paper. It is plexiglass front-framed by a 25-1/4 x 27-1/4 inch gold moulding. It is hand-signed by Carl Barks and also hand-numbered. It bears Carl Barks' embossed seal on the bottom left corner of the art.

The printing plates used to create this lithograph have been destroyed to prevent future use. This is number xxx/295 and its matching Certificate of Authenticity is included, affixed to a clear sleeve on the back of the backing board.
