Complete set of 40 14K solid gold medals. Each 14K solid gold hallmarked, proof like medals honoring each President of the United States from George Washington to Jimmy Carter. There is one extra coin featuring Martin Van Buren for a total of 40 coins. This was the first set of gold medals ever issued by The Danbury Mint.Housed in a solid wood case. Each Medal weighs approximately 3.4 grams and the entire lot weighs approximately 135 grams or 4.3 troy ounces.

The medals feature the bust of each president on the front with their year of birth and death and the reverse side has the presidential seal and the years they served as president.
