1993 CASE Knife & ZIPPO Lighter Commemorative Set Limited 1 of 1000

Rare, genuine, factory-issued collectible commemorating the 1993 union of the two companies. On May 28, 1993, the Zippo Manufacturing Company officially acquired the W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company. <BR><BR>

This set includes a beautiful Zippo lighter engraved with serial #0619 of 1000 Z. High-polished chrome with the zippo and Case medallions adorning the front. The front of the lid reads "ZIPPO/CASE COMMEMORATIVE ...UNITING IN THE COMMITMENT TOWARD QUALITY AND INTEGRITY  MAY 28, 1993". Standard size 1-7/16 inches wide by 2-1/4 inches high. Bottom of lighter reads "E  zippo  X  Bradford, PA. Made In U.S.A." <BR><BR>

Set also includes Case XX USA BWC61050 SS large Coke Bottle pocket knife. 5-3/8 inches closed. 9-5/8 inches open. Made in USA. "Case XX USA ******* " (7 dot with lightning bolt S) and "BWC61050 SS" tang stamp. Stainless steel blade etched "ZIPPO/CASE COMMEMORATIVE ...UNITING IN THE COMMITMENT TOWARD QUALITY AND INTEGRITY  MAY 28, 1993". Burnt jigged bone handle. Oval Long-C "CASE XX" shield and oval "zippo" shield. Nickel silver bolsters. Front bolster etched with serial #0619Z. Brass liners. <BR><BR>

This rare limited edition set has matching serial number #0619Z. Comes in original 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" wooden gift box engraved with the Zippo/Case Commemorative logo. Also comes with Zippo paperwork, Certificate of Authenticity, and a protective cardboard sleeve.
